By following the guidance below you can help us to help you when a product is not what you expected or is faulty.
\t\tYou must advise us that you wish to return goods within 30 days of either the delivery date or collection from a store. \t\t
\t\tProducts should be returned in accordance with the relevant instructions for products bought online or directly from a store (see Returns Procedure below). \t\t
\t\tProducts must be complete and in their original packaging along with any instruction leaflets, unused and in resalable condition. \t\t
\t\tProducts must be returned within 14 days of telling us you wish to return them. Products must be packaged to avoid damage in transit, be contained within outer packaging and must not have carrier labels applied to the products or product packaging. Failure to comply may result in a reduction in the value of credit/refund provided. \t\t
\t\tArrangements will be made to exchange, credit or issue a refund. \t\t
\t\tProducts that have been supplied as 'specials' or have been personalised may not be returned or refunded. \t\t
\t\tYour refund will be processed within 14 days for consumers and 30 days for business customers of us receiving the goods back. \t\t
\t\tWe reserve the right to charge business customers a handling charge. \t\t
\t\t \t\t\t\tProducts that are faulty (other than goods which are physically damaged) must be returned as soon as possible after the fault is discovered and must be returned within the applicable warranty period set out in the Power Wholesale Ltd conditions of sale or as otherwise notified to you by Power Wholesale Ltd. \t\t
\t\tAny return should be made in accordance with the relevant instructions for products bought online or in a store (see Returns Procedure below). \t\t
\t\tThe complete product must be returned unless, if agreed by Power Wholesale Ltd, a specific part may be returned. \t\t
\t\tProducts returned within the warranty period will be repaired, replaced, credited or a refund will be issued.
\t\t \t\t\t\tAny claim for damaged or short delivered items must be made in writing within 72hrs of delivery by business customers. Failure to do so may invalidate any subsequent claim. \t\t
